Yoga Nidra translates to “yogic sleep”. This ancient practice of guided meditation allows you to explore the 5 layers of your being called “Koshas” or “sheaths”. Yoga Nidra allows your mind to be aware while your body can rest. By exploring the 5 layers of your eing you can better tap into spaces of your brain that aren’t used during your day to day life. This practice offers a truly restorative and relaxing experience. *Note: Since this class is practiced lying all the way down, be sure to bring props like blankets and pillows, to make yourself comfortable.
